THE ROLE:

In this role, you will be responsible for Global Marketing Operation process simplifcation, automation and cross team metric reporting.

THE PERSON:

You are a results-oriented self-starter with excellent communicationskills. You possess attention to detail and well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to adapt to changing priorities and are comfortable with ambiguity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand overall process end to end and provide suggestion on automation and simplification
• Identify and implement improvements to business processes
• Assume full ownership on adhoc projects, reports and analyses as required
• Refresh and update scheduled operational metric report through PowerBi and Macro

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Experience working in a similar role in the hi-tech industry
• Advanced knowledge of MS office tools, PowerBI, PowerQuery, Macro
• SAP S4 experience preferred

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or data analytical.
