• Support the onboarding process for new hires.
• Coordinate job postings and track applicant responses.
• Create and update job descriptions.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Help organise assessment centres and logistics.
• Collaborate on recruitment reports and improve hiring strategies.
