A global technology company is inviting recent graduates to its Graduate Programme starting in September 2026. This two-year rotational program allows candidates to gain critical sales and account management experience across different business units. Successful applicants will embody passion and ambition, possess a minimum 2:1 degree, and demonstrate strong communication skills. The role includes hands-on responsibilities and the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders while acting as a brand ambassador at university job fairs.

Our programme offers successful candidates the chance to join a dynamic and highly successful private business on a rotational graduate programme across a range of products and departments, including:
Location: Midvalley, Kuala Lumpur
Start Date: September 2026
Duration: 24 months
Business Units: Sales & Account Management - Fuel & Telematics
You will spend at least 6 months in each area listed above. You will get hands on experience and responsibility from day one to allow you to make an impact on our business. We are committed to developing your potential and you will be encouraged to drive efficiencies, innovate processes, and collaborate with teams across the business. A director will commit to mentoring you to provide you with advice and guidance throughout the programme.
You will be a brand ambassador of Radius, supporting our talent team with brand awareness attending local university job fairs and events, and being a buddy to our new graduates each year.
