Join Nexperia’s NexGEM Graduate Trainee Program to develop leadership skills through rotations in semiconductor manufacturing operations, engineering, and quality assurance.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Learning and mastering Nexperia’s operational workflows, engineering standards, and quality management systems.
  • Analyzing existing processes, conceptualizing improvements, and recommending data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborating on projects by supporting senior engineers in experiments, technical projects, and troubleshooting.
  • Delivering a comprehensive technical study with actionable solution recommendations at the program’s conclusion.
  • Developing technical competencies and soft skills through hands‑on fieldwork and mentorship.
About You

The company is looking for candidates with:

  • Leadership potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities, sports, or student organizations.
