A leading fast-food restaurant chain in Malaysia is offering a Graduate Employability Program designed for recent graduates. Qualifications

Graduate Employability Program ( McDonald's Pandu Lalu Petronas USJ 1 )
  • This 6-month program offers you a foundation of tasks or ‘Station Skills’ before moving forward as a Management Trainee with these 3 tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.
  • Your first tier is as Crew where your station skills emphasize on production and services such as food and drink productions in the kitchen, cleanliness, and customer service.
  • Acquiring the skills as a Crew, you will proceed to the second tier as a Crew Trainer. Here you will be introduced in more details to company policies, engage more with customers, and on the frontline.
  • The third tier of your 6 months program is as a Crew Leader. The leadership role in this stage will be further highlighted as you will be managing zone productions and coaching Crews.
Qualifications
  • Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in related field of F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality, etc.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Able to work shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
  • Able to relocate/is transferable.
Benefits
  • Diploma : RM 8.70/Hours or RM 1800/Month

  • Degree : RM 9.70/Hours or RM 2000/Month
  • Working Schedule of 6 days a week by shift rotation 8 hours a day
