• Focus on production and services, including food and drink preparation.
• Engage with customers and manage frontline operations.
• Manage zone productions and coach Crews.

Program Overview

This 6-month program offers a foundation of tasks or “Station Skills” before moving forward as a Management Trainee through three tiers: Crew, Crew Trainer, and Crew Leader.

Tier Progression & Responsibilities

• As a Crew, you focus on production and services such as food and drink production in the kitchen, cleanliness, and customer service.
• As a Crew Trainer, you are introduced in more detail to company policies, engage more with customers, and work at the frontline.
• As a Crew Leader, you manage zone productions and coach Crews, taking on a leadership role.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of F&B, Retail Management, Business Management, Hospitality, etc.
>Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Able to work shifts, on weekends, and public holidays.
• Able to relocate/is transferable.
