Qualifications

  • Certifications in Sales Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring, or Pharmaceutical Sales Management are desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of GP sales representatives.
  • Conducting regular field visits for calls, performance evaluation, and coaching.
  • Setting sales objectives and reviewing performance weekly and monthly.
  • Implementing sales strategies and promotional plans.
  • Identifying new business opportunities in the GP channel.
  • Gathering market insights and competitor intelligence.
  • Organizing training programs and mentoring team members.
  • Ensuring operational excellence through compliance and reporting.
