• At least 5 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in leading improvement projects with suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own supplier evaluation criteria and scoring for quality, delivery, and cost.
• Drive new supplier selection with a disciplined qualification process.
• Lead Supplier Development Engineers and partner with the Quality team.
