Global Payroll Process Owner (Mandarin Required)
  • Design and implement a comprehensive payroll roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Own end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Monitor and report payroll performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for payroll systems and processes.

A successful Payroll Process Owner should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in payroll operations or payroll process management, preferably in a multi-country environment or within a shared services/regional hub/COE setting.
  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin language ability is preferred for easier communication with stakeholders in China.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in payroll transformation projects, vendor outsourcing, system migration, or establishing payroll shared services from scratch will be a strong advantage.
