Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Good understanding of the import flow and government regulations.
• Good command of spoken and written English and local languages.

Responsibilities

• Handle shipment booking, quotations, rates enquiries, billing and closing of jobs.
• Maintain client records and follow up emails with clients and overseas agents.
• Prepare necessary documents for custom clearance process.
• Monitor and update the custom clearance process until shipment release.
• Ensure all customers' queries are well investigated and resolved.
