Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Inventory Executive to manage inventory planning, stock control, and order fulfilment for international B2B sales. This role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and 1–3 years of experience in inventory or supply chain. You will ensure optimal stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records, and coordinate with sales teams. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential. The position offers opportunities to improve compliance and processes within the inventory system.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in inventory, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience in B2B sales support or international trade is an advantage.
• Good understanding of international sales operations and export processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support international B2B sales orders.
• Plan stock replenishment based on sales forecasts and customer demand.
• Ensure accurate inventory records in ERP / inventory systems.
