Qualifications

• Strong foundational understanding of retail operations and merchandising.
• Advanced ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and diagnose problems.
• Expertise in using complex Excel functions and potentially BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of the physical stock take process across all stores.
• Oversee collection and aggregation of operational data for reporting.
• Conduct analysis into inventory discrepancies to identify root causes.
• Design and implement processes to prevent stock loss and improve inventory.
• Prepare comprehensive reports including key performance indicators.
• Coordinate materials for management and operational review meetings.
• Serve as liaison between management and stores to communicate policies.
• Monitor store adherence to SOPs by reviewing checklists and reports.
• Perform audits based on objectives.
• Manage ad hoc projects effectively.
