A leading retail and lifestyle brand is seeking a General Manager to spearhead operations in Malaysia. To lead this expansion, we are looking for a highly driven and strategic General Manager (Retail Fashion/Sports) to spearhead operations, build a strong local team, and establish the brand’s presence nationwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to position the brands, expand retail footprint, and drive customer engagement.
  • Build, lead, and inspire the Malaysia team across retail operations, business expansion, marketing, and support functions.
  • Foster a high-performance culture that reflects and upholds the brand’s global values.
  • Take full ownership of the P&L for Malaysia, driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Partner closely with HQ and brand principals to ensure alignment with the overall brand vision and strategies.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with landlords, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Champion customer experience initiatives to strengthen brand loyalty and market presence.
Requirements
