Overseeing all aspects of the business operations and report to the Management.

To lead the team, drive growth initiatives, and ensure the company's objectives are met effectively and efficiently as per the Management expectation.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

Identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform strategic decision-making process.

Define strategies for business expansion, product development, and market penetration.

Provide leadership and direction to all departments and teams within the organization.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and financial reporting processes.

Monitor financial performance against targets and take corrective actions as needed.

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and industry players.

Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations across the departments.

Implement best practices and standards to maintain operational excellence.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
