Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead all aspects of the hotel/resort, including guest services, food and beverage operations, maintenance, sales and marketing, human resources, and financial management.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, revenue, and profitability while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Manage budgets, financial statements, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
