Job description
Responsibilities
  • Own, lead, and manage the National Fleet Management Operations, which includes cost analyses and reporting, as well as the business finances, planning, implementing, and monitoring performance against budget.
  • Developing and implementing daily operations strategies and plans for the Fleet Management Business Unit, including staffing/resourcing allocation and fleet utilisation.
  • Ensure that all third‑party vendors for all vehicles meet the company's requirements and standards.
  • Operate a business unit that consistently meets the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Introduce fleet management products as part of a total logistics solution, and actively engage new clients through tender agreements.
  • With cross‑collaboration between the product team and the vendors, recommend the best modes of transportation, routing, equipment, and frequency.
Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 10 years’ experience managing in Transportation / Fleet Management.
  • Expertise in negotiating commercial terms for transportation/fleet management agreements and ad hoc projects.
  • Proven experience managing tenders for corporate accounts and new client account implementations.
