Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the F&B industry, preferably with Chinese or banquet restaurant experience.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred due to business and kitchen communication).
• Ability to travel between outlets and work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily operations of 3-4 banquet restaurant outlets.
• Take full ownership of the P&L for each outlet and monitor sales, costs, and profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor management and operational staff.
