Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain full sets of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Prepare and post accurate journal entries in the accounting system.
• Reconcile and review back-office reports against general ledger accounts.
• Assist the Manager in month-end closing activities, including financial reports.
• Support the computation and reporting of commissions for Commissioned Registered Representatives.
• Assist in preparing periodic reports for regulatory authorities.
• Prepare accurate financial and management reports for various stakeholders.
• Contribute to finance process enhancements.
• Assist in statutory audits and preparation of audited financial statements.
• Coordinate with auditors and other stakeholders for compliance.
• Perform other assigned finance-related tasks.
