Job Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is familiar with JavaScript, Java, React, and Spring Boot to join our growing tech team. You will be involved in building scalable, high-performance web applications and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and user-friendly digital solutions.

This role is suitable for JUNIOR with strong fundamentals and experienced SENIOR developers who enjoy solving real-world problems using modern technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications using JavaScript, Java, React, and Spring Boot
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and accessible user interfaces
• Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java & Spring Boot
• Manage and optimize databases to ensure efficient data flow and system performance
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver new features
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and security

Requirements – Senior Level

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related fields
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in full stack or web development
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • JavaScript & React for front‑end development
  • Java & Spring Boot for backend development
• Hands‑on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) such as EC2, S3, RDS, or related services
• Solid experience in database design, optimization, and performance tuning
• Ability to design scalable systems and contribute to technical decisions
• Experience mentoring junior developers is an advantage
• Candidates with 2 years of experience are welcome

Bonus Skills (Optional)

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies
• Basic experience in cloud deployment, environment configuration, and application monitoring
