Veedu Hauz Sdn Bhd is looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our growing hospitality team. This role is essential in delivering a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience to our guests from check-in to check-out.

What you'll be doing
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Communicate clearly with guests in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries, requests, and feedback
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest records
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams for daily operations
  • Maintain a neat, professional front desk and lobby area
  • Provide general administrative support to the front office team
  • Follow company SOPs and service standards at all times
What we're looking for
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write Chinese
  • Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in front desk, hotel, Airbnb, or customer service roles is an advantage
  • Familiarity with hotel or property management systems (e.g. ABS system) is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and confidence using digital systems
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance with a positive and customer-oriented attitude
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
