Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the construction machinery market.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, provide training and coaching to improve team performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and report back to the company for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the construction machinery industry, with proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and lead a high‑performing sales team.
