Your Role:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and confidence
• Promote gym packages, memberships, and products
• Handle registration, renewals, and payments
• Manage WhatsApp inquiries and daily reports
• Keep the front desk area neat, clean, and inviting
• Support instructors and managers with basic tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand proudly

Requirements:

• Female only (friendly, confident, and service-oriented)
• Able to communicate in Malay & English
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willing to learn sales & customer service
• Experience in front desk, retail, or fitness is an advantage
