• Minimum 2–4 years in cargo operations, flight planning, freighter management, or airline operations.
• Experience working with ground handling, load control, or operations control teams.
• Familiar with freighter or wide-body aircraft operations (advantage).
• Strong understanding of load factor, yield, capacity planning, and space optimization.
• Ability to interpret operational data (OTP, uplift, turnaround time, revenue per flight).

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor freighter schedules for alignment with operational objectives.
• Optimize space utilization to maximize profitability.
• Track daily freighter performance and address disruptions proactively.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics such as OTP and revenue per flight.
