Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Identify and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide professional advice to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and industry standards
  • Meet recruitment targets and timelines set by the company
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams
Requirements
