Job description

Undertake medium-complexity repair tasks

Independently perform routine maintenance (oil change, filters, brake pads, etc.).

Carry out medium-level repairs and adjustments on the engine, electrical systems, chassis, air-conditioning systems, and more.

Assist senior technicians with more complex diagnostic work.

Perform preliminary vehicle diagnostics

Use diagnostic tools to read fault codes and perform basic analysis.

Identify common fault causes and propose appropriate repair solutions.

Follow repair procedures and quality standards

Perform repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications and standard processes.

Strictly follow torque requirements and assembly standards to ensure repair quality.

Conduct basic self-inspection after completing repairs to ensure vehicle safety.

Assist senior technicians with difficult issues

Help with disassembly, measurement, and inspection of complex problems.

Follow guidance from senior technicians and document diagnostic or repair procedures.

Maintain workstations and tools

Properly use and maintain special tools and equipment.

Keep the workstation clean and organized, storing tools and parts as required.

Operate all equipment safely to prevent accidents.

Communicate technical information with service advisors

Provide service advisors with updates on repair progress, causes of faults, and important notes.

Communicate with customers about technical issues when necessary.

Record repair processes and report issues

Complete technical documentation on repair orders.

Report any quality issues in a timely manner and provide improvement suggestions.

Comply with safety and management regulations

Strictly follow workshop safety rules and environmental requirements.

Attend training sessions to continuously improve technical skills.
