Overview

As a Sales Executive at PureGen Water Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by identifying and engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing suitable solutions from our range of water filtration, water treatment products, systems, and water pumps. You will also manage existing customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the market.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales and Business Development: Generate leads through various channels including networking, referrals, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Sales and Business Development: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Sales and Business Development: Present and demonstrate products to potential customers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
