The role serves as the key link between drivers, the fleet operations team, the workshop team, and other departments to ensure smooth work processes and reduce vehicle downtime.

Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and monitor vehicle repair and maintenance schedules to ensure work is completed on time and reduce vehicle downtime.
  • Coordinate with external repair centres to follow up on repair progress and ensure work meets required standards.
  • Keep workshop records and documents such as job orders, service reports, and maintenance logs updated and well organised.
  • Support the Workshop Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks.
  • Handle daily operational issues, including vehicle breakdowns, and follow up until the issues are resolved.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum SPM / STPM / Certificate or Diploma in Automotive, Mechanical, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and able to follow up on tasks.
  • Basic computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in heavy vehicles or fleet operations is an added advantage.
