A leading automotive company in Selangor is seeking an experienced Fleet Sales Manager to work closely with dealers and enhance fleet sales penetration. The role involves strategic planning, customer relationship management, and ongoing administration of fleet sales. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a relevant field, along with over 8 years of experience, exceptional negotiation skills, and a strong business acumen. This position offers the opportunity to engage with clients and support comprehensive sales activities.

  • Assistant Manager role available for candidates with less experience.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with dealers to increase company fleet sales penetration.
  • Plan, develop, and implement fleet sales activities for business growth.
  • Manage existing fleet customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.
  • Review and formulate fleet sales policies to optimize sales performance.
  • Regularly visit fleet customers conducting product presentations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and fleet customers.
  • Monitor and report fleet sales performance and dealer progress.
  • Assist fleet customers with after-sales issues to enhance satisfaction.
  • Manage all fleet sales administration for the Fleet Sales Department.
  • Support the Superior in additional assignments as needed.

Sales Policy Development – Review and formulate fleet sales policies to optimize sales performance.

Engage with Clients – Regularly visit fleet customers with dealers, conducting product & business presentations.

Build Strong Partnerships – Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and fleet customers.

Sales Reporting – Monitor and report fleet sales performance and dealer progress.

Customer Support – Assist fleet customers with after-sales issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.

Administrative Excellence – Manage all fleet sales administration for the Fleet Sales Department.

Ad-Hoc Tasks– Support the Superior in additional assignments as needed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field.

8+ years of related experience (Assistant Manager role available for candidates with less experience).
