About the Role

We are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and drive sales performance for premium commercial vehicles. This role combines hands‑on client engagement with team leadership, covering key sectors such as logistics, construction, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence
  • Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key fleet and B2B clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after‑sales support
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to senior management
  • Ensure the team stays aligned with product knowledge, training, and brand standards
Skills & Experience Required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial vehicle, automotive, or related B2B sales
