Financial Controller (Manufacturing Division)

We are seeking a Senior Financial Officer who will report directly to the Managing Director. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing industry and work with a dynamic team that takes great pride in their work.

Responsibilities

• Track, report, and analyse budget performance and variance
• Review financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare timely and accurate financial reports including month-end profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Recommend improvements to policies, procedures and controls to enhance efficiency and financial performance
• Prepare and analyse budgets
• Provide accurate financial reports to management
• Ensure effective internal controls and full compliance with applicable government regulations and legal requirements pertaining to financial reporting, statutory obligations, audits, taxation and ESG disclosures
• Perform any other ad-hoc function assigned by the management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or a related field. Preference for applicants with Professional Qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, MICPA or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years related working experience in similar field.
• Experience in financial operations within an established manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Sound knowledge and application of MFRS principles and practices.
• Hands‑on experience in group reporting and consolidation accounts.
• Strong work ethic and organisational skills.
• Clear, effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
