  • Expertise in accounting, corporate finance, taxation, and company law.
  • Proficiency in transfer pricing and strategic financial planning.
  • Strong technical proficiency in leveraging technology for efficiency gains.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all finance functions, including accounting, statutory and management reporting, cash flow management.
  • Partner with the CEO and operational heads to provide financial insights.
  • Drive long-term strategic financial planning aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth retail operations.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
