Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. They will also have experience with a full set of accounts and be able to prepare and analyze financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, patterns, and performance indicators.
• Provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Monitor operating expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Analyze ROI for projects, investments, and initiatives.
• Develop financial models to forecast future financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Assess the impact of strategic decisions, market changes, and economic factors on financial performance.
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, operations, and other departments to gather financial data and provide financial insights.
• Prepare financial budgets, forecasts and presentation decks to clients.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain deviations from budget.
• Participate in the financial planning and budgeting process.
• Provide financial advice and support to clients.
• Provide administrative support to management.
• Other ad hoc projects and/or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance.
