Role Overview

As the Finance Partner for Risk, CEO Office, and Corporate Affairs, you will act as a strategic finance advisor and collaborator for these key Group functions. This role encompasses financial planning and analysis, commercial decision support, and governance to ensure disciplined cost management, transparency, and value realization across both business‑as‑usual and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Finance Business Partnering

    • Serve as the finance subject matter expert for Group Risk, CEO Office, and Corporate Affairs.
    • Provide financial modeling, budgeting, and analytical support to senior stakeholders.
    • Deliver strategic financial advice to influence decision‑making.
  • Performance Reporting & Analysis

    • Prepare and present monthly financial reports with actionable insights.
    • Own performance reporting for assigned functions, including variance analysis and cost outlook.
  • Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Optimization

    • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles.
    • Drive headcount planning and non‑staff cost optimization initiatives.
  • Process Improvement & Systems Enhancement

    • Implement continuous improvements in financial processes and systems.
    • Develop dashboards and MI packs for transparent performance management.
Requirements
  • Experience

    • Minimum 6 years in finance or cost management roles.
    • Proven expertise in FP&A, cost management, or finance business partnering for corporate functions.
    • Experience in multinational, matrix organizations with senior executive exposure.
  • Technical Skills

    • Advanced Excel proficiency; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, Oracle) and BI tools preferred.
    • Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities.
  • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Professional qualification (CA or CPA) preferred.
