Job summary

A dynamic financial services company in Shah Alam is seeking a Finance Manager/Personal Assistant to the Managing Directors. Responsibilities include managing finance and HR functions, overseeing accounting matters, and ensuring compliance with payroll laws. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance with at least 10 years of accounting experience and possesses strong managerial and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL systems is advantageous.

Finance Manager/Personal Assistant to Managing Directors

Manages finance, human resources and administrative scope of work

Responsible in full accounting and financial matters of our 3 companies and accordance to the approved accounting standards and principles

Manage finance and operation teams

Planning and manage Cash forecast

Liaising with bankers for foreign currencies bookings

Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders including auditors, regulators, and financial authorities.

Maintain transaction processes and systems to ensure effective processing of financial and operational information

Monitoring AR/AP/CB/GL processes

Timely reporting of financial reports

Manage administrative related matters including issues pertaining to our office buildings and equipment to ensure smooth flow of business operations

Monthly payroll processing & statutory submission

Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations.

Perform timely and accurate payroll processing.

Timely statutory contribution such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB in accordance with the statutory requirements.

To monitor leave management and employee personal information.

Jointly organise social events together with our team

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance with at least 10 years of full accounting experience

Good managerial and leadership skills and team player

Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word

Positive working attitude

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Fluency in English

SQL accounting & payroll system knowledge is an advantage
