Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee accounting, budgeting, payroll, and financial compliance. The role involves managing both BFG’s internal accounting- Primary Responsibility and the client’s accounting work. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and manage budgets for the organization
  • Handle day-to-day accounting activities
  • Cash-flow forecasting
  • Process payroll accurately and on time
  • Maintain and organize financial records
  • Ensure financials are prepared and ready for tax return filing
  • Manage accounting requirements for BFG (Primary responsibility)
  • Handle client accounting and finance work (As per availability)
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and financial regulations
  • Prepare audit-ready and tax return preparation-ready financial statements
Requirements
  • CA Inter passed (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance roles with a professional service firm
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience in payroll processing and tax preparation support
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Candidates based in Kerala
  • Prior experience handling both internal and client accounting
  • Comfortable working evening shifts
