Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee accounting, budgeting, payroll, and financial compliance. The role involves managing both BFG’s internal accounting- Primary Responsibility and the client’s accounting work. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage budgets for the organization
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities
- Cash-flow forecasting
- Process payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain and organize financial records
- Ensure financials are prepared and ready for tax return filing
- Manage accounting requirements for BFG (Primary responsibility)
- Handle client accounting and finance work (As per availability)
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and financial regulations
- Prepare audit-ready and tax return preparation-ready financial statements
Requirements
- CA Inter passed (mandatory)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance roles with a professional service firm
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in payroll processing and tax preparation support
- Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong time management and organizational skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates based in Kerala
- Prior experience handling both internal and client accounting
- Comfortable working evening shifts
