Job Responsibility

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and financial support tasks, including data entry, document filing, and record management.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Support internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial tasks or analysis as assigned by the Finance Manager or Management.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office tools
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Malaysian accounting and tax regulations is an added advantage.
  • This position is open to candidates with full working rights for Malaysia and requires proficiency in both English and Chinese.
