About the Job

Seeking a driven and detail‑oriented Finance Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our company, with a focus on bookkeeping and small practice accounting.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities
• Providing support for the accounting and finance team as needed

What You Need To Have

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a small to medium‑size business
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
• A strong understanding of bookkeeping and small practice accounting principles
• A relevant degree or diploma in finance, accounting, or a related field
