A leading Malaysian manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Executive to support group consolidation workings, financial reporting, and management analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with MFRS are essential. Responsibilities include reconciliation, preparing financial reports, and liaising with auditors. This role requires independence and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with deadlines.

Support preparation of group consolidation workings, financial schedules, reconciliation and working papers in accordance with MFRS and Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements.
Assist in compiling supporting workings for judgmental accounting areas, including revenue recognition, business combination, leases, provision and financial instrument.
Prepare financial and management analysis reports for management meetings, Board papers and interview reviews.
Compile information required for covenant monitoring, financing documentation, or internal treasury reporting.
Assist the superior in preparing ad-hoc financial analyses required for reporting, compliance or internal review purposes.
Support monitoring of recurring compliance obligations and elevate potential gaps to the superior.
Assist in compiling sustainability‑related financial and non‑financial information for reporting.
Assist in documenting accounting policies, sustainability reporting processes, and group finance SOPs.
Assist in special projects, corporate exercises, or time‑sensitive reporting matters.
Handle account closing activities for semi‑active or low‑activity entities.
Prepare reconciliations, schedules and supporting documents for audit and statutory purpose.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities or regulatory bodies when necessary.
Assist in providing documents as requested by other departments, management, auditor, tax agent or any authorities/regulatory bodies.
Undertake any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the superior or Management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
Strong accounting and reporting foundation with exposure to group or corporate reporting.
Familiarity with MFRS and listed‑company reporting environment is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple reporting timelines.
Able to work independently on assigned deliverables with appropriate escalation.
Experience in SAP B1 systems and manufacturing company is an added advantage.
