A leading hospitality company in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive for Accounts Payable. This role involves auditing purchase orders and payments, ensuring accurate financial records, and maintaining supplier relationships. The ideal candidate has a degree in Finance, relevant experience in an international hotel chain, and proficiency in English and Bahasa. This position is key in maintaining the hotel's financial integrity and supports various hospitality functions.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in an international hotel chain.
• Flexible in relation to working hours, especially at month end.
• Other language skills will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Audit and account for all purchase orders and suppliers’ invoices.
• Review all payments by cheque, bank transfer, or other means.
• Balance suppliers’ monthly statements to hotel accounts payable records.
• Maintain an adequate and up-to-date filing system.
• Prepare trade accruals at month end.
