This role will assist in overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, audits, taxation, month-end closing, daily treasury management, risk control, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Job Description

• Partner closely with business units to provide financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic insights, enabling them to achieve their financial objectives.
• Deliver data-driven financial analysis to senior management, supporting key business decisions and driving financial digital transformation.
• Lead and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives to optimize and enhance financial systems, improving the automation, accuracy, and efficiency of financial reporting.
• Analyze foreign exchange markets and company financial data, offering actionable insights to mitigate risks and navigate financial challenges.
• Develop and implement data-driven financial models to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and performance evaluation capabilities.
• Play a key role in shaping financial strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the company’s long-term vision.
• Serve as a strategic liaison between finance and operations, providing expert financial guidance and fostering seamless collaboration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial analysis or finance business partnering (BP); experience in foreign exchange or the financial sector is a plus.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex financial data into impactful business insights.
• Proven experience in financial digital transformation, with proficiency in ERP, BI tools, and other financial systems, leveraging data analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Pior experience in large technology firms (e.g., Huawei) is preferred, with a global perspective and cross-cultural work experience.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive financial initiatives across multiple teams and regions.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, ensuring seamless interaction with global stakeholders.
