Finance & Admin Executive

We are seeking a Finance & Admin Executive to take ownership of Finance, HR, and Administration functions for portfolio companies. Reporting to the CFO, this is a highly autonomous role where precision, accountability, and versatility are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management
    • Full ownership of finance function for assigned companies
    • Manage complete accounts and monthly closing
    • Execute SOPs with discipline and identify efficiency improvements
    • Monitor cash flow and liquidity, proactively flagging issues
  • HR, Payroll & Administration
    • Independently manage payroll cycles with statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, PCB)
    • Administer HR policies (leave, claims, benefits) fairly and consistently
    • Oversee vendor relationships, office logistics, and corporate documentation
  • Statutory Compliance
    • Act as point of contact for auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries
    • Drive timelines for statutory filings (Annual Returns, Tax Estimates, Audit adjustments)
    • Maintain audit‑ready standards year-round
Requirements
  • Experience: 2–4 years (ideal: ~3 years)
  • Background:
    • Strong preference for Audit Firm experience (~3 years)
    • Open to candidates from Commercial Finance with strong compliance/statutory knowledge
  • Education: Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Certifications: ACCA, CPA, ICAEW (advantage but not mandatory)
  • Language: English proficiency mandatory; Mandarin/Cantonese a plus
