Ked Tech is seeking a talented Field Service Engineer (Mandarin Speaking) to join our team based in Malacca, Malaysia. As a full‑time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and service to our clients in the electronic and semiconductor industry.

What you’ll be doing
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with our wet cleaning equipment
  • Provide on‑site and remote technical support and maintenance services
  • Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Manage inventory, order spare parts, and ensure the timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement improvements to existing products and processes
  • Contribute to the team’s continuous learning and knowledge sharing efforts
What we’re looking for
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar technical support role
  • Related knowledge or experience on SMT/semiconductor process and product
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin and English
  • Willingness to travel within the region and overseas to support client sites as needed
  • A team player with a strong customer service orientation
