We are a drone manufacturing company focused on developing reliable and application‑driven UAV solutions. We are seeking a Drone Application Engineer to support drone application deployment, testing, and technical implementation.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates or junior candidates with hands‑on interest in drones and basic programming skills.

Key Responsibilities

Drone Application & Field Operations

Assist in deploying drones for applications such as inspection, mapping, surveillance, agriculture, or industrial use

Conduct flight testing, calibration, and basic tuning of drones

Support customer demonstrations, proof‑of‑concept trials, and on‑site testing

Software & Coding Support

Write and modify basic code or scripts for drone applications, testing, and automation

Assist in integrating sensors, payloads, and onboard systems through software configuration

Support flight controller configuration, parameter tuning, and application logic testing

Work with senior engineers on firmware, application software, or mission logic

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Assist in diagnosing hardware, software, and flight performance issues

Work closely with R&D and production teams to feedback application‑related issues

Perform basic maintenance, repair, and replacement of drone components

Documentation & Training

Prepare application guides, test reports, user manual and basic technical documentation

Assist in internal and customer training on drone operation and application usage

Record test results, flight logs, and improvement suggestions

Compliance & Safety

Ensure all flight tests and demonstrations follow aviation authority guidelines and company SOPs

Requirements

Education

Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Aerospace, Robotics, IT, or related fields

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Technical Skills (Basic level acceptable)

Interest or exposure to drones, UAV systems, or RC aircraft

Basic understanding of electronics, sensors, motors, or control systems

Familiarity with flight controllers, ground control software, or simulation tools is a plus

Basic computer skills (Windows, software installation, reporting)

Personal Attributes

Strong interest in drones and emerging technologies

Willing to work outdoors and travel for field testing or customer support

Hands‑on, proactive, and eager to learn

Good communication skills and team‑oriented attitude

Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)

Drone pilot license or experience flying drones

Exposure to mapping software, payload integration, or data processing

Experience with troubleshooting hardware or field equipment
