7Dayz is seeking a talented Fashion Designer cum Merchandising Executive to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in shaping fashion trends and driving the commercial success of our brand. We are based in our head office in Bukit Bintang Kuala Lumpur.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative fashion collections aligned with the target market needs.
• Collaborate with merchandising team to ensure trend-driven, commercial products.
• Oversee sample and prototype development.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitors.
• Support product planning, pricing, and assortment decisions.
• Manage end-to-end production, from sourcing and quality control.

What we're looking for

• Degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fashion design and product development
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behaviour and the retail industry
• Strong knowledge and background in designing women's or men's apparel wear
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Excellent sketching and technical drawing skills
