Job summary

A manufacturing company in Johor seeks an IT Operations Technician responsible for the maintenance of IT systems in a factory. Qualifications

• A college degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of IT operation and maintenance experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage networks, server, database, and ERP systems independently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot factory's WIFI and network equipment.
• Manage Windows Server installation, configuration, and monitoring.
• Ensure operation of CCTV systems with regular maintenance.
• Support ERP system usage for factory operators.
• Respond quickly to IT emergencies to minimize production impact.
• Report IT system operations to the Shanghai headquarters.
