A facilities management company in Kedah is seeking a site manager responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with job expectations, and managing staff. The ideal candidate will communicate with clients, improve organizational processes, maintain safety standards, and prepare monthly reports. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential for managing relationships and addressing customer concerns. This role offers the opportunity to implement effective policies and procedures in an operational environment.
1. To attend daily site meeting with client and to provide all necessary data and input to the client.
2. To ensure all staff working as per their job description.
3. To recruit (if necessary) train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
4. Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
5. Analyse and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout; implement changes.
6. Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
7. Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
8. Responsible for all department supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees.
9. Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace.
10. Manage relationships with key business partners.
11. Review and approve all operational invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment.
12. Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
13. Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
14. To prepare monthly activities report and claim to submit to client.
15. To report to HQ management regarding any required activities or information related to Harta Management.
