A customer service firm in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The role requires fluent Mandarin and English skills, alongside 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Facilities Management. Candidates will serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and provide administrative support. We welcome fresh graduates and those with any educational background. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Customer Service, Logistics, or Facilities Management role.

Working date: Monday – Saturday.
Work location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
