Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Malaysia is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance on crucial manufacturing equipment and systems. The ideal candidate possesses a diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering and has at least 3 years of relevant experience. Additional skills in troubleshooting PLCs are advantageous. The position offers a basic salary of RM2,500 - RM3,000 along with various incentives and allowances.

Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOL (renewable based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic RM2,500 - RM3000 with statutory contribution

Job Summary

Facilities Maintenance Technician will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and systems critical to the manufacturing and building operations. Experienced maintenance professional possessing the knowledge, skills, and ability to troubleshoot and repair manufacturing and utility equipment issues with minimal guidance or supervision. Drive best practice daily through high standards of engineering, compliance and HS&E standards.

Requirements

Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a maintenance technician or skilled trade within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Ability and willingness to work off/varied shift/weekends, as required.

Preferable have professional license or certification in one of the following areas; Electrician, HVAC,

Basic knowledge in Microsoft word & excel applications.

Basic knowledge in PLC and its trouble shooting will be added advantage
