Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in facility maintenance, ideally in semiconductor or electronics.
• Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, pumps, and piping systems.
• Experience in mechanical applications, plumbing, and construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Assist Facilities Engineer with projects and mechanical design.
• Conduct repairs or replacements of mechanical components.
