- Oversee the scheduling and execution of preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with local safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related projects and services.
- Develop and manage the facilities budget, ensuring cost efficiency.

Qualifications
- A degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in managing facilities within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Proficiency in facility management software and tools.
